What we do

We provide professional Speech Pathology medico-legal assessments and impartial comprehensive reports for adults and children who have sustained a head, neck or chest injury impacting on communication and/or oromotor skills (speech, cognition and language – verbal and non-verbal, voice and swallow).

We assess and report on the current status and likely future educational-vocational, psycho-social and interpersonal relationship impacts and needs.

We have extensive experience in expert witness reporting, in court and mediation attendances and cross examination and are familiar with court protocols.

We are instructed by both plaintiff and defendant lawyers and act on joint instructions.

As many of our clients are physically incapacitated, we can arrange to travel to their preferred location within Australia or overseas.
